Sou formada em psicologia com p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Interven\u00e7\u00e3o ABA no Transtorno do Espectro Autista, atrav\u00e9s da Faculdade Metropolitana. Trabalho de forma presencial, nas cidades de Ribeir\u00e3o Preto e Monte Alto, com Interven\u00e7\u00e3o em An\u00e1lise do Comportamento Aplicada em crian\u00e7as, adolescentes e adultos com Transtornos do Neurodesenvolvimento. Realizo aconselhamento parental, com familiares de crian\u00e7as com comportamento problema, onde h\u00e1 estudo de caso e discuss\u00e3o de estrat\u00e9gias de interven\u00e7\u00e3o, para a melhoria do v\u00ednculo entre pais e filhos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Atendo tamb\u00e9m em psicoterapia na abordagem Cognitiva-Comportamental, pela qual auxilio os meus clientes a identificarem seus pensamentos autom\u00e1ticos e negativos, e desta forma compreender formas de lidar com eles, e trabalhar com a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o e resolu\u00e7\u00f5es \/ diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas e sintomas.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Adolescentes e Adultos<\/h3>\n

Os atendimentos em psicoterapia em adolescentes e adultos s\u00e3o realizados de forma online, onde atrav\u00e9s do contato pelo WhatsApp ou aqui pelo site, o cliente poder\u00e1 agendar a consulta, e eu enviarei um link para uma consulta online pelo Google Meet na data e hora agendadas.
O valor da consulta e dos pacotes de atendimentos s\u00e3o informados ao fim da primeira sess\u00e3o, j\u00e1 que \u00e9 importante avaliar caso a caso diante da demanda de cada cliente. Cada consulta tem o tempo de 50 minutos.<\/p>\n

Atendimento Infantil<\/h3>\n

Para atendimentos em ABA ou psicoterapia infantil, o atendimento \u00e9 direcionado para o presencial. Neste caso, os atendimentos s\u00e3o realizados na cidade de Ribeir\u00e3o Preto e Monte Alto (ambas no estado de S\u00e3o Paulo).
Para atendimentos com crian\u00e7as e adolescentes (pessoas menores de 18 anos), \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que um respons\u00e1vel legal assine um termo que permite o atendimento em psicoterapia. Haver\u00e1 sigilo das informa\u00e7\u00f5es tratadas nas consultas, no entanto ser\u00e1 realizada uma devolutiva trimestral com os respons\u00e1veis para indicar as necessidades que os clientes apresentam, bem como alinhar os objetivos da psicoterapia com os familiares.<\/p>\n

O que \u00e9 a Terapia Cognitiva-Comportamental?<\/h4>\n

Em meados da d\u00e9cada de 1960 o Dr. Aaron Beck, que utilizava a abordagem psicanal\u00edtica para tratar seus pacientes com depress\u00e3o, notou que ela j\u00e1 n\u00e3o era o suficiente para alcan\u00e7ar os objetivos delimitados por ele na interven\u00e7\u00e3o. Ao longo dos atendimentos realizados, ele percebeu que esses pacientes apresentavam pensamentos autom\u00e1ticos durantes suas crises depressivas (tais como: \u201ceu n\u00e3o fa\u00e7o nada direito\u201d, \u201ceu n\u00e3o consigo fazer nada\u201d), e quando ele questionava esses pensamentos, os pacientes conseguiam entender melhor o que estavam lhe causando sofrimento, adquirindo uma vis\u00e3o mais realista sobre si e sobre o mundo.
Esses pensamentos autom\u00e1ticos negativos s\u00e3o originados nas Cren\u00e7as B\u00e1sicas que o cliente tem de si mesmo, sobre os outros e sobre o mundo. Desta forma, dentro da psicoterapia cognitiva comportamental, o psic\u00f3logo ir\u00e1 rastrear tais pensamentos dos clientes, e ensin\u00e1-lo a question\u00e1-los, a fim de tratar a demanda apresentada na luz de uma vis\u00e3o mais realista de si e das rela\u00e7\u00f5es das quais participa.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Essa abordagem nasce no s\u00e9culo XX a partir de John B. Watson o qual teoriza o behaviorismo metodol\u00f3gico. A partir dos princ\u00edpios de Watson, B. F. Skinner cria o behaviorismo radical, e classifica como comportamento tudo aquilo que o indiv\u00edduo faz ou pensa no ambiente, onde mente e corpo s\u00e3o um s\u00f3.<\/span><\/span>
A An\u00e1lise do Comportamento se divide em tr\u00eas vertentes metodol\u00f3gicas: Behaviorismo Radical, An\u00e1lise Experimental do Comportamento e An\u00e1lise do Comportamento Aplicada.<\/span><\/span>
